Terms and Conditions for Cebto

These Terms of Use are current as of the date shown above. We may update our Terms of Use from time to time; therefore, we advise Users, as defined below, to check for any changes since the last time they used the services offered through the Site (hereinafter the “Service” and the “Site”).

The Site is operated as a platform provider by Cebto (the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Users of the Site (collectively “Users”) comprise:

• Offeror Users – who create content displayed on the Site and may upload advertisements or create profiles in accordance with the Paid Services terms below.
• Recipient Users – who have access to content placed by Offeror Users and may contact them using the details provided in such advertisements or profiles.

By continuing to browse the Site, you signify your consent to the Terms of Use current at the time of your visit. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should immediately close the Site and cease using the Service.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which also explains our use of cookies and similar technologies. We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to:

• Provide the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use
• Comply with legal obligations
• Fulfil our legitimate interests in improving and expanding the Service and ensuring user safety

If you wish to become an Offeror User, you will only be allowed to create a profile or place an advertisement if, at the time of doing so, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the Guidelines set out below.

Age Restriction – This Site is strictly for adults (over 18). By using the Site, you warrant that you are over 18. Offeror Users further warrant that they are not offering any services through the Site that violate the laws of their jurisdiction.

We do not exercise editorial control or pre-vet advertisements or profiles before publication. However, we may remove any advertisement or profile that:

• Contravenes these Terms of Use
• Contains malware or harmful content
• We consider harmful to the proper performance of the Service
• May breach applicable criminal laws
• Constitutes harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Is ordered to be removed by a competent authority
• Damages or risks damaging our reputation

We have set up dedicated email addresses for reports:

• privacy@cebto.com – for privacy and intellectual property issues
• abuse@cebto.com – for reports of illegal, abusive, or harmful content

We will review all reports and may remove or request proof from the advertiser to verify age, identity, or rights to post the content.

We reserve the right to ban Users for serious or repeated breaches. No refunds will be given in the event of a ban or removal of content.

By uploading content, Offeror Users authorise us to process their personal data (including special categories) for the purpose of publishing the advertisement on the Site.

1. Obligations and User Behaviour

The Service is an adult service. Users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old. Misrepresentation of age or circumvention of age verification measures is a breach of these Terms.

Recipient Users understand that we do not pre-check or control the content of advertisements. Cebto.com is not an intermediary or agent in any transaction between Users and is not responsible for any agreements, services, or interactions between them.

Users are solely responsible for their own behaviour towards the Site and towards other parties, including other Users.

We do not guarantee the truthfulness, legality, or quality of any advertisement, nor the outcome of any interaction between Users.

2. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Company, its affiliates, managers, employees, and officers are not liable for:

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Interruption or non-availability of the Site or Service
• Loss of profits, business, reputation, or data
• Indirect, punitive, or statutory damages

For Paid Services, liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid in the past 12 months or €500. For free services, liability is capped at €150.

3. Paid Services

Publishing an ad or profile authorises us to promote it for visibility and optimise it for relevant markets. Offeror Users confirm they are of legal age, are the person described, and are not coerced into offering services.

Payments are processed by our payment service provider, whose terms apply to those transactions. We are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

If payment disputes arise, we may block the profile until resolved with the payment provider.

We do not intervene in negotiations between Users.

4. Age Verification

We may require age verification using automated tools, manual review, or a third-party provider (currently Yoti Limited, London, UK). This may require providing an identity document and a selfie for verification. Data will be processed only for this purpose, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use the Site or Service to:

• Post offensive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful material
• Promote illegal services, gambling, weapons, drugs, or human trafficking
• Include material infringing intellectual property rights without consent
• Post advertisements for or involving anyone without their informed consent
• Misuse contact details in ads to send unsolicited or illegal communications

6. Guidelines for Offeror Users

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

• Images of actual sexual intercourse
• Explicit nudity or genitalia
• Extreme sexual content
• Hyperlinks in ads
• Offers of payment for sexual acts
• Content unrelated to the Site’s purpose
• Non-English content
• Content promoting suicide, self-harm, or extreme pornography
• Revenge porn or non-consensual sexual material
• Any depiction or promotion of sexual activity with minors
• Hate speech, threats, harassment, or doxing

Up to 3 free ads per week are allowed unless promoted via paid products.

Reports of illegal content will be referred to authorities.

7. Changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or restrict access to the Site without prior notice for maintenance, technical, or operational reasons. No compensation will be offered for such downtime.

8. Refunds Policy

Except where legally required, we do not issue cash refunds. In some cases, we may offer credits for unused paid services, at our sole discretion. Credits can only be used on the Site. No refund or credit is given if a User breaches these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
